A graduating class of 55 new police officers and deputy sheriffs have completed six months of intensive training at the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy and are prepared to begin their careers in public safety across Northern Virginia. The class includes 37 new Fairfax County Police Department officers, 14 new Fairfax County Sheriff's Office deputies, and 4 new officers for the Herndon and Vienna Police Departments.
