Hampton City and school leaders spent Tuesday morning touring several school facilities across the city to get a firsthand look at major capital improvement projects underway. The tour included upgrades at Kecoughtan High School, Langley Elementary School, Bethel High School, and other campuses, with a focus on new science wings, learning spaces, and athletic facilities designed to provide students with modern, engaging learning environments.
