A 41-year-old Virginia mother was fatally stabbed while waiting inside a bus shelter in Fairfax County, and a 32-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with her death. Police say there is no indication the victim, Stephanie Nicole Minter, knew her alleged attacker, Abdul Jalloh.
