Fairfax Corner, a mixed-use lifestyle center in Fairfax, Virginia, is expanding with the addition of several new boutiques and restaurants. Peterson Companies, the developer and manager of Fairfax Corner, has announced the full lease-up of its new 36,000-square-foot retail building, which will house tenants such as Brighton, Cafesano, Chateau, Nando's, and Becky's Boutique.

The details

The final 1,552-square-foot space in the new retail building has been leased to Brighton, which joins previously opened tenants Apple, Arhaus, J.McLaughlin, and Sweetgreen. In addition to Brighton, four more tenants have signed leases: Cafesano Italian & Mediterranean Bistro, Chateau, Nando's PERi-PERi, and Becky's Boutique. Cafesano will occupy 5,202 square feet, Chateau will take 3,029 square feet, Nando's will occupy 3,450 square feet, and Becky's Boutique will move into a 1,060-square-foot space.
