The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) has announced the three finalists for the 2026 Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award (DWLA). The award recognizes outstanding leadership, innovation, and commitment to advancing the logistics and transportation industry. The finalists were selected based on their professional accomplishments, leadership, mentorship, and contributions to the industry.

Eileen Dabrowski is the founder/CEO of Apex Tide Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping transportation and logistics companies strengthen leadership, elevate talent, and drive meaningful growth. She has extensive experience in learning and development, sales, marketing, and organizational strategy, and has held leadership roles within both private and publicly traded transportation companies.

Aurélie Doucette

Aurélie Doucette is the vice president of dedicated contract carriage operations at Penske Logistics. She has more than 20 years of logistics experience and is a wife and mother of two girls. Doucette has moved through the leadership ranks at Penske Logistics, delivering excellent customer relationship management for multiple accounts.

Erin Mitchell

Erin Mitchell is the COO of YMX Logistics, where she oversees yard and trucking operations, as well as human resources, IT, customer success, engineering, fleet safety, and maintenance. She has more than 20 years of experience, including a previous role as vice president of logistics and head of network restructuring at The Kraft Heinz Company.
