The advanced APS5000 APU delivers improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and enhanced maintainability, setting a new benchmark in auxiliary power technology.

The details

The 15-year maintenance contract covers a minimum of 24 APS5000 APUs on Scoot's Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet. The APS5000 is the quietest APU in its class with the lowest emissions in the industry, producing 450kVA of electrical power at sea level and starting and operating up to 43,100 feet. More than 1,400 APS5000 APUs have been manufactured, and the fleet has flown nearly 16 million hours.
