The company also appointed Reza Ehsani as its new Senior Vice President of Projects. The details

Blue Moon also granted Liberty Gold USA a 2% net smelter returns royalty on mineral production from the claims, with an option for Blue Moon to repurchase 1% of the NSR for $2 million.
