Crime scene investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Public Safety worked into the night on Wednesday, gathering evidence in connection with a Tooele City Police officer-involved shooting that killed a man earlier in the day. The shooting occurred around 11:20 a.m. near 1100 North, just east of Main Street, where Tooele City PD officers were searching for an alleged gunman wanted in a late Tuesday-night shooting that wounded another man at a local convenience store.
