The Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences will be located adjacent to Deer Valley's newly established longest ski run, the Green Monster. The property will feature 132 hotel keys and 105 one- to six-bedroom branded residences ranging from 1,099 to 5,155 square feet across two towers. Fifty-six of the residences will be hotel-operated, with an additional 49 private residences in a standalone tower. The resort will offer seamless ski-in, ski-out access, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains, and a curated suite of on-site amenities including a 15,000 square foot spa, fitness centers, ski valet and concierge services, a golf simulator, and numerous dining options.
