Carbon Dinos Boys Basketball Players Earn All-State Honorable Mentions

Three players from the Carbon High School boys basketball team - seniors Carter Warburton and Ty Mortensen, along with junior Jakson Bosone - were named to the 2025-26 All-State Honorable Mention team, as voted by coaches across the classification.

Warburton led the Dinos in scoring with 266 points, averaging 11.6 points per game and setting a season-high of 22 points against Juab. Mortensen dominated the boards, grabbing a team-high 177 rebounds (7.7 per game) and also pacing the squad in blocks, assists, and steals. Bosone, the lone underclassman honoree, averaged 6.5 points per game and dished out 48 assists.

A junior at Carbon High School, Bosone was the lone underclassman to earn All-State Honorable Mention recognition, averaging 6.5 points and 48 assists per game.
