The Smith County Sheriff's Office has announced that 18-year-old Brandon Joseph Young of Tyler, Texas has been charged with capital murder in the ongoing investigation of a shooting at Club Exotic that left two people dead and two others injured. Young is the second documented gang member to be charged in the case, following the previous arrest of Andru Azo-Gene Davis.
