As San Antonio emerges from a recent cold snap, the city is rolling into February with a lineup of community events, Black History Month programming, free activities, live music, and early Valentine's celebrations across the city. The annual Cowboy Breakfast kicks off the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Bar-B-Que Cook-Off weekend, while the Parks & Recreation department is hosting discussions on urban forestry, full-body fitness events, and a reading and nature walk celebrating children's author Ashley Bryan. Neighborhood concert series Humble Hall also returns with free shows featuring local artists.

The Cowboy Breakfast on January 30th offers a free, family-friendly event with breakfast tacos, coffee, live music, and rodeo merchandise to kick off the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Bar-B-Que Cook-Off weekend. The Parks & Recreation department is hosting several free events, including an urban forestry discussion, a full-body fitness event, and a reading and nature walk celebrating Black children's author Ashley Bryan. The Humble Hall concert series is also returning with free neighborhood-based shows featuring local artists Azul Barrientos and Dr. Aaron Prado.
