The Princeton City Council has approved the replat of a 25.8-acre lot in the Princeton Business Park, allowing for the construction of two new medical office buildings totaling over 26,000 square feet. The Council also approved the final plat for a 2-acre commercial property for a Kiddie Academy childcare center on Monte Carlo Boulevard.

The details

The Council agreed to replat one of the seven lots created in the Princeton Business Park in September 2017, splitting off 2.8 acres from the original 25.8-acre lot. One of the newly created lots will be used to build the two new medical office buildings. The Planning & Zoning Commission had previously approved the changes at its February 2nd meeting. The Council also approved the final plat for a 2-acre commercial property for a new Kiddie Academy childcare center on the east side of Monte Carlo Boulevard north of West Princeton Drive.
