The city of Plano, Texas is moving forward with plans to build a new $5 million, 7.11-acre park named after former city manager and police chief Bruce Glasscock. The park, located at the intersection of Legacy Drive and Communications Parkway, will feature terraced lawns, a pavilion, trails, seating, lighting, drinking fountains, and new landscaping and irrigation. The project has been in the works for over six years, with the city hosting community meetings in 2019 to finalize the master plan.
