High school students from several school districts in Texas recently had the opportunity to compete for scholarships and an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C. through the 2026 Lighthouse Electric Youth Tour. Brittney Machado and Jayvien Aleman were selected as the top winners, each receiving a $1,500 scholarship and the D.C. trip, while Payten Shuping and Mylie Morales were awarded $1,000 scholarships.
