No. 16 Texas Tech Opens Spring Golf Season in Hawaii

The No. 16 Texas Tech men's golf team is set to open its spring season at the Amer Ari Invitational in Hawaii from February 5-7. The three-day tournament will be held at the Mauna Lani Golf Club's North Course on the west side of the Big Island. Texas Tech returns six players from its 2024-25 roster and welcomes three newcomers as it looks to secure its 24th straight NCAA Regional appearance and sixth consecutive NCAA Championship berth.

Texas Tech has been a consistent force in college golf, making the NCAA Regional tournament for 23 consecutive seasons and the NCAA Championship for the past five years. The Red Raiders' lineup includes three returning juniors in Ben Gregg, Price Hill, and Tim Wiedemeyer, along with three sophomores in Luke D'Alise, Connor Graham, and Sean Keeling. Graham is coming off an offseason that included appearances in The Open Championship, the Arnold Palmer Cup, and the 50th Walker Cup. Gregg and Wiedemeyer also competed in top amateur events during the offseason, including the 125th U.S. Amateur Championship.
