Sunair Products Inc., a global wholesale distributor of air conditioning components, has closed on a 124,380-square-foot industrial project set on 11 acres in North Richland Hills, Texas. The new campus, more than double the size of Sunair's previous facilities in nearby Haltom City, will serve as the company's consolidated headquarters and distribution hub as it continues to grow its domestic and international operations.

Sunair is planning a phased relocation, starting with moving the warehouse operations from its current 2525 Minnis Drive location.
