Sunair Products Inc., a global wholesale distributor of air conditioning components, has closed on a 124,380-square-foot industrial project set on 11 acres in North Richland Hills, Texas. The new campus, more than double the size of Sunair's previous facilities in nearby Haltom City, will serve as the company's consolidated headquarters and distribution hub as it continues to grow its domestic and international operations.
Why it matters
Sunair's expansion highlights the continued growth of the HVAC industry and the need for distributors to scale their operations to meet rising demand, both locally and globally. The move also reflects North Richland Hills' appeal as a business-friendly suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, attracting companies looking to establish or expand their regional footprint.
The details
The new Sunair campus at 6550 Wuliger Way features 12,500 square feet of corporate office space and a 111,660-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with 15 dock doors, heavy power, and a sprinkler system. The 11-acre site also includes a 180-foot truck court with 56 trailer stalls, a 117-space parking lot, and one acre of outside storage. Sunair is planning a phased relocation, starting with moving the warehouse operations from its current 2525 Minnis Drive location.
- Sunair Products closed on the 11-acre property in February 2026.
- The company is awaiting a certificate of occupancy to begin the relocation, with the goal of completing the move before its peak summer season.

“The timing for the closing was critical because Sunair's peak season is summer. It was imperative to find and close on the right property so the move-in would be completed by then. Thanks to everyone's hard work, we will be able to meet the timeline.”
