No. 13 Texas Tech defeated Kansas State 100-72 on Saturday, led by Donovan Atwell's 26 points and Christian Anderson's 21 points. The win came in the Red Raiders' first game since standout post player JT Toppin suffered a season-ending knee injury. Texas Tech maintained a double-digit lead throughout the game after a 26-10 run in the first half.
