The Lamar University wind ensemble, the premier instrumental ensemble of the school's Mary Morgan Moore Department of Music, will soon perform at the Texas Music Educators Association's convention in San Antonio. The ensemble, which is comprised primarily of undergraduate music education students, will be making its 12th appearance at the prestigious annual event, this time under the direction of Andrew McMahan who joined the Lamar faculty in 2017.
