Fluor Corporation announced the election of Robert G. Card, former President and CEO of SNC-Lavalin, to its Board of Directors. Card, a seasoned global engineering and construction executive with over three decades of top-level management experience, will serve on Fluor's Audit Committee and Commercial Strategies and Operational Risk Committee.

Earlier in his career, he served as Under Secretary of Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy from 2001 to 2004.
