Transwestern is developing a new 108,576-square-foot, three-story retail building as part of the ongoing multi-phase The RO mixed-use project in Houston's Upper Kirby district. The $34 million retail building will be paired with a parking structure and is scheduled to be completed by late 2027, following the delivery of other elements of The RO development.
