Adam Schwager has joined Nexstar Media Group's Austin political bureau as a state capitol correspondent, filling openings left by the recent departures of Ryan Chandler and Monica Madden. Schwager previously reported for KHQ Spokane since 2023 and holds a master's degree in journalism from Arizona State University.
