Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Carr's Chapel Cemetery in Floyd County. Williams was born on March 6, 1930 and was a longtime member of the Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as her brother.

After her husband's passing in 1996, Wanda met Cobb Gilly and they enjoyed 24 years together before his death in 2020. Wanda was a member of the Methodist Church and is survived by her daughter Sarah (Kim) Hinsley, son-in-law Michael Hinsley, 6 Hinsley grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren, as well as her brother James Huckabee.
