The new Executive Director will be a dynamic strategist with demonstrated skills in organizational change, fundraising, and community engagement.

The details

The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Governors and partner with the Artistic Director as the co-leader of TBT. The annual salary range starts at $215,000 and includes a full benefit package.
