RCS acquired the Walnut Glen Tower for $26.1 million in December, marking the firm's second acquisition in Dallas' North Central Expressway submarket. Cushman & Wakefield's Chris Taylor, Rodney Helm and Mary Frances Burnette will lead the leasing efforts, while the firm's Project & Development Services team, led by Wes Combs, will work with RCS on the comprehensive renovation of the office tower and exterior grounds.
