After nearly two years of anticipation, the highly anticipated Delilah Dallas is finally opening on February 3 in the Design District. The 15,000-square-foot supper club from the h.wood Group will blend classic Delilah elements like burlwood, pink velvet booths, and chandeliers with bold new design touches like 'Blue Explosion' marble bars. The idea is to transport guests to a 1920s-1940s era, complete with a full band, dancers, and a 'one-of-a-kind experience' unlike anything else in the city.
Why it matters
Delilah has become a celebrity hotspot in Los Angeles, attracting the likes of John Mayer, Kendall Jenner, and Justin Bieber. The Dallas location marks the brand's first expansion outside of California and is poised to become a new destination for local and visiting A-listers.
The details
Delilah Dallas will feature a large bar, three private dining rooms, a wine room with a dedicated sommelier, and flexible spaces that can accommodate intimate gatherings or larger parties. The restaurant's art advisor, Dallas native Temple Shirley, has curated a design that channels the visual language of Art Deco. The menu, led by Chef Scott Ruwart, will feature American fare with Texas influences, including dishes like Hamachi Crudo, Thick-Cut Bacon, and a 'Bone-in' Texas Redfish. Elaborate cocktails like The Lone Star and Perfume & Petals will also be on offer.
