Charles Cooper is a certified Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of clinical experience in internal and family medicine. A graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine, Cooper practices in Brownwood, Texas, where he provides comprehensive adult primary care grounded in evidence-based medicine, thoughtful clinical judgment, and long-term continuity of care.

His younger son, Victoriano F.J. Cooper, is currently a student at Howard Payne University and is expected to graduate in 2026. Victoriano plans to continue his medical education at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine while also pursuing service in the United States Air Force.
