Isaias Rodriguez Hernandez is also accused of using the van to ram another federal officer's vehicle multiple times, causing it to spin and face oncoming traffic before he fled at high speed. The pursuit continued onto State Highway 130, where the van crashed with a gray Toyota SUV, injuring a passenger.
