The details

According to police, Diagne drove a large SUV around the block multiple times before stopping in front of Buford's bar, putting on his flashers, and opening fire on patrons on the patio and in front of the bar. He then drove westbound on Sixth Street, parked, and began walking east on the street shooting at people. Officers already stationed nearby confronted and fatally shot Diagne at an intersection. Diagne was wearing clothing with an image of the Iranian flag and the words 'Property of Allah' at the time of the attack.
