ROOST Apartment Hotel has expanded into Texas with the opening of ROOST Rainey, the brand's eighth property. Developed by Method Co., the 59-unit aparthotel occupies four floors within the new 48-story Paseo mixed-use tower in the heart of Austin's Rainey Street Historic District.

Designed collaboratively by LV Collective, Method Co., and ZZ Driggs, the interiors reflect the history and cultural layers of the surrounding Rainey Street area. As part of the Paseo community, guests have access to amenities like a 12th-floor pool deck, fitness center, coworking spaces, and new dining concepts.
