According to the arrest affidavit, the stabbing occurred on Saturday, January 24 around 4 p.m. on CapMetro bus #2706 near 7900 Cameron Rd. Video footage shows Diaz allegedly standing up from the middle of the bus and walking to the back, where he reportedly attacked the victim with a knife. The victim sustained two stab wounds to the upper left back and one to the upper left chest. After receiving treatment at a hospital, the victim expressed intention to pursue charges against Diaz.
