Fifty-two members of Prairiland High School's Beta Club attended the State Convention at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas this past weekend. The students competed in nearly three dozen events, with nine of them earning an invitation to compete at the National Convention in Nashville, Tennessee this summer by placing in the top five. Additionally, three vocalists received special "Golden Ticket" invitations to perform in the opening ceremony at Nationals.
