The Nashville Public Education Foundation is hosting its annual Teacherpreneur competition, where 12 local teachers will pitch their innovative ideas to address challenges and increase opportunities for student success. Three winners will be selected by a panel of judges, and the public can also vote for a Community Favorite Award winner who will receive a $2,500 cash prize.

During Pitch Night this week, each of the 12 Teacherpreneur 2026 cohort members will present their challenge-facing, solution-bringing ideas to a panel of judges. In addition, the public can vote for their favorite idea on the Teacherpreneur webpage, and the winner of the Community Favorite Award will receive a $2,500 cash prize.
