Knoxville Marathon Finishers Receive Commemorative Gear

Participants in the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon will receive a variety of commemorative items for finishing their races, including locally-produced shirts, hoodies, and medals featuring the event's signature Sunsphere design. New this year are two special challenges - the Knox Hills Challenge and the Marble City Challenge - that offer additional medals and swag for competitors.
