Michael Marlar, a top driver on the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, won the 40-lap feature race at Volunteer Speedway in Johnson City, Tennessee on Friday night. Marlar outperformed the series' other top stars to claim the victory at the event known as the 'Rocky Top Rumble'.
