Top-seeded High Point defeated No. 2 seed Winthrop 91-76 on Sunday to win the Big South Conference Championship title. Rob Martin scored 24 points and Cam'Ron Fletcher added 17 with 19 rebounds for the Panthers, who set a program and conference record with their 30th win of the season.
