Julie Ballou, a resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has been elected to membership in The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Ballou is among approximately 20,000 students, faculty, professional staff, and alumni initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year.
