Frances Edna Belue, an 85-year-old resident of Landrum, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Belue was born in Polk County and was a longtime member of local Baptist churches, including Victory Baptist Church and Southside Baptist Church. She is survived by her children Debra Moose, Robie Alers, and Joseph Shehan, as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Belue was born to the late Luther James Wells and Annie Bell Cowans in Polk County. Belue is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as her caregivers from Nightingales Nursing and Hospice of Spartanburg.
