According to the Richland County Sheriff's Department, deputies were dispatched to the 10 block of Cutlers Ct after being informed someone was shot. When deputies arrived, they found the victim inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Deputies began rendering aid to the victim until EMS arrived and transported them to a hospital, where they later died from their injuries. RCSD investigators and the Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene to investigate the incident.
