Tri-County Partners Host Regional Career Fair for Students and Job Seekers

Berkeley County is joining forces with Charleston and Dorchester counties to help hundreds of graduating high school seniors and Lowcountry adults find jobs in the region's most in-demand career fields. The annual Your Next Step Career Fair, hosted by SC Works Trident, will take place on April 23 at the Charleston Area Convention Center, offering students and the public a direct pipeline to employers across the Tri-County area.

The details

The Your Next Step Career Fair will be split into two sessions - the morning session from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. is open exclusively to graduating high school seniors from Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties, while the afternoon session from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. is open to the public. Attendees will be able to meet one-on-one with employers representing eight high-demand industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, IT, military, business, transportation, and construction.
