The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that a resurfacing project on Interstate 83 in York County is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 6. The project limits extend from just south of Exit 32 (Route 382/Newberrytown) to about 1.5 miles north of Exit 28 (Route 297/Strinestown/Zions View) in Newberry Township.
