Local nonprofit Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania will host a Mardi Gras–themed event on Tuesday night at Sabatini's Bottle Shop & Bar in Exeter to raise funds for street outreach services supporting people experiencing homelessness in Luzerne and Wyoming counties. The 'Spring Into Hope' fundraiser will feature all-you-can-eat pizza, drinks, and a program highlighting the impact of the Give Hope outreach program.
