Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries (SCAS) is hosting its annual Chili & Chowder with a Chance for Chocolate fundraiser on Saturday, February 14th in downtown Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. The event will feature 20 local businesses offering chili and chowder samples, with participants able to purchase a $10 tasting passport to sample all the offerings and enter to win chocolate-themed gift baskets.
