Blink Health, a healthcare technology company, has expanded its office presence at the Robinson Ridge campus in Pittsburgh's Parkway West submarket. CBRE arranged a 37,816-square-foot lease expansion for Blink Health at the five-story, 148,000-square-foot Penn Center West Building 5, increasing the company's total leased space in the property to 90,892 square feet.

The expansion will allow Blink Health to accommodate more than 150 additional jobs in the region, underscoring the company's continued commitment to maintaining and growing its presence in the Pittsburgh market. The move also highlights the appeal of the Parkway West submarket, which offers access to both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, as well as campus-wide amenities that can attract and retain talent.

The details

Following the transaction, Blink Health's total leased space in the property increases from 53,076 square feet to 90,892 square feet. The expanded footprint is intended to support the company's continued growth in the region. CBRE's Occupier Solutions Group advised Blink Health in the lease negotiations, while CBRE's Adam Viccaro, Dominika Demantova and Charlie Must represented the property owner, The Soffer Organization.
