Surveillance footage shows the shooter waiting in a nearby stairwell for at least five minutes before Flores-Diaz arrived and parked his vehicle. The shooter then ran across the street and fired multiple gunshots into the driver's side window, striking Flores-Diaz in the head. The shooter then fled the scene on foot, heading north on George Street.
