Students at the Tidioute Community Charter School created 305 valentines that will be given to veterans at the Pennsylvania Soldiers' and Sailors' Home in Erie, Pa. as part of the VFW Auxiliary's Hospital Program. The Blue Star Mothers of Kinzua PA 203 also recently delivered personal care bags and other Valentine's Day treats to 6 area assisted living and nursing homes, and bought 140 balloons for customers to give out.
