Bikini Burger's burgers are made with a custom blend of 80% lean and 20% fat sirloin, brisket, rib eye, and chuck, sourced directly from an "old-school" butcher in Lancaster. The burgers are served on seeded Martin's rolls with standard toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, and Cooper Sharp cheese, though customers can opt out of any toppings. The restaurant does not use any "secret" or "special" sauces, as the owners believe that would only serve to mask the quality of the meat. Bikini Burger also does not offer smashburgers, as the owners know that's not what the Ardmore community expects.
