The Crown Point Country Historical Society will host the grand opening of its brand-new Crown Point Country Museum, located in Corbett, Oregon, on Saturday, March 21. The 3,500 sq. ft. museum will showcase the rich history of the Crown Point Country region, including early settlements, the Wasco Nation heritage, artwork by Charles W. Post, and unique geological collections.

Visitors can explore what early settlers brought with them on the Oregon Trail, learn about the Wasco Nation and their seasonal migrations, view paintings by Charles W. Post, and discover a one-of-a-kind outdoor rockhounding memorial wall honoring Oregon's geological past.
