Participants were reportedly performing stunts and occupying intersections. During the response, the PPB plane crew saw a driver striking a pedestrian while performing "dangerous maneuvers." The driver, 21-year-old Ciana Hughes, was cited for reckless driving and her Ford Mustang was seized. Police also discovered a severely injured man who had been assaulted by participants of the takeover. Officers rendered aid and helped him receive medical attention. Several other individuals were arrested, and a total of eight vehicles were seized along with eight additional citations issued.
