Vian Wolverine Makes All-State East Football Team

One local high school football player, Vian Wolverines defensive back Masyn Wright, was named to the 2026 Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State East Team. Vian defensive back Draighton Fletcher and Central running back Ryker Miller were named All-Stars by Class, making them All-State alternates.

Masyn Wright, a defensive back for the Vian Wolverines, was named to the 2026 Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State East Team. He and the other East All-Staters will play the West All-Staters on July 30 at the University of Central Oklahoma's Chad Richison Stadium. Vian defensive back Draighton Fletcher and Central running back Ryker Miller were named All-Stars by Class, making them All-State alternates in case any East All-State Team member is unable to play in the July 30 contest. Wright was named District 2AII-4 Most Valuable Player, while Fletcher was named the district's Running Back of the Year. Miller was the Running Back of the Year in District AII-3.
